Hello there! My name is Eva Mullins Roussey , and I am the proud owner of Colors Hair Studio located on SR-44 in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. I have been in the hair industry for an impressive 40 years starting at age 18. I was licensed in the state of Virginia and received several awards for most outstanding student. Hair has always been my passion and I couldn’t be more excited to continue my journey of creating beautiful hair.
Throughout the years, I have had the privilege of attending classes led by some of the biggest names in the industry. My passion for hair has always driven me to stay on top of the latest trends and constantly expand my knowledge of the best products out there.
I have always been in love with the beauty industry for so many reasons. One of my favorite things is the feeling of making people happy with how they look. It brings me joy to see my clients leave my salon feeling confident and beautiful. But it’s not just about hair, it’s about building long-lasting friendships with each and every client that walks through our doors.

I have always loved being an artist. My passion for hair design has spanned over 30 years. The majority of my career was in Miami, FL I was an award winning artist with Modern Salon magazine. I was selected as 1 of 5 on America as the “”Future Colorist of America” I trained with top salons and artists in NYC with the likes of Beth Minardi, John Sahag, and photo shoots with Vidal Sassoon. I furthered my career by training in London at Vidal Sassoon. I worked on several celebrity clients including Donna Karen, Linda Lavin prestigious executives in the Miami area and was the “on air”hairstylist for channel 6 NBC newscasters for several years. Opting for a more quiet lifestyle New Smyrna Beach is where I continue to practice my craft. Come on in, let me work my magic on you!
It is our pleasure to introduce our team member, Sarah Ford! With a passion for the beauty industry that started at a young age, Sarah has followed her dreams and graduated from the Paul Mitchell Academy in Charleston, SC. She has earned her title as a color specialist with multiple certifications in color and highlighting. She loves keeping up with current trends and expanding her skills by continually educating herself and has been employed in the industry’s high end salons around the country. Sarah’s work behind the chair is outstanding. Her experience in working and learning from the best in the industry, has earned her title of Master Colorist.
Not only is Sarah dedicated to her career, but she is also a devoted military wife and mother. Moving all over the country with her husband’s 23-year career in the U.S. Navy, Sarah and her family now call Port Orange home and have no plans of leaving. Together with her husband Jeremiah, they have three wonderful children – Haley, Logan, and Harper. And let’s not forget their two fur babies, a golden retriever and maltipoo, who are definitely part of the family.
Sarah’s warm and friendly personality is a perfect fit for our team, and we are grateful to have her on board.

She chooses a minimalist approach to achieve maximum results.

From winning hair styling competitions to working on TV sets for hair and makeup, Kristy has proven her skills and ambition in the industry. Beyond that, she has also left a mark in the world of fashion by working in numerous fashion shows. Her friendly and easy-going nature combined with her impressive talent make her stand out among others.
